  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. Gort’s Organic Habanero Gouda*, grated
  •  2/3 c. Swiss Emmental*, grated
  • 2/3 c. X-Old 4 yr. Cheddar*, grated
  •  2/3 c. Muenster*, grated



  • ¼ c. Parmesan Grana Padano*


  1. Cook macaroni in boiling water (with oil and salt) for about 8 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan and blend in flour. Add milk in two parts. Cook and stir sauce until thick and creamy. Add the Gouda, Emmental, Cheddar and Muenster. Stir sauce until cheese is melted (a whisk works best).
  3. Drain the noodles and transfer into a greased casserole dish. Pour the sauce over top and stir until sauce and noodles are evenly mixed. Finely grate the Parmesan and sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
